Good Fill Up Meals
This place is always aweful, but tonight the final straw was the bucket of raw chicken they sent home with us. Staff is rude and forgets half the order. Whoever has reviewed this at five stars has obviously never ate here...
Absolutely EVERY single time (and I do mean EVERY) they leave our sides out. It's been at least six times now. This last time we watched about 7 other people who ordered AFTER us get their food before us and it took over 20 minutes. These things are absolutely unacceptable and they offered NO recompense. If you mess up that badly so often, you should fire some people and give discounts or extra food to the customers. Husband even asked the worker if everything was in there because of this happening so often and the lady said every thing (like named all the items) was in there when lo and behold there were NO biscuits this time. Management needs to up their game with their workers or they need new management too!!!
Great place. Bathroom is just unkept
Crappy service, even when they aren't busy. They only gave us part of our order and we had to wait almost 30 minutes to get the most of the rest. They still didn't have the cookies that came with that last meal and promised to bring us extra as soon as they were done. We waited another 20 mins and finally gave up and left without them.
