Thank you so much for your awesome service and southern hospitality! We're traveling through the area with our motorhome. We were having motor problems so we started looking for a repair shop to take it to. This shop was the only one I could find within 50 miles that would even consider looking at it for us. They looked it over and told us it was the alternator. We have just changed this part recently and we know we are able to do it ourselves again. They did not charge us anything and they spent a good 30 to 40 minutes looking over it with my fiance. We really appreciate the help and kindness. Thank you for getting us back on track for our vacation!
Came here today to get my semi fixed. Trailer ABS light was coming on and couldn't figure out why. Alex was very helpful, found the problem and fixed it. Took it on a short test drive with me and was very professional and easy to get along with. I get kinda tired of the way some mechanics seem so put out to have to do their job, so I was extra happy with the great customer service here. The only issue I had was with the price. My company paid the bill, not me, but I still felt $185 was a bit much for just reconnecting a battery terminal and cleaning corrosion off another. It did take them several hours to find the problem, but that's still a hefty bill for the work that was done in my opinion.
